DIY Lush Lip Scrub 馃憚

So I have been wanting to make a Lip scrub for a while now. I’ve been looking for the perfect recipe and I’ve finally found one! I absolutely love Lush products, I’ve never tried their lip scrub but I definitely am soon! This recipe is super simple and smells/tastes great! *i wouldn’t suggest scooping the product out and eating but it’s not bad for you to ingest when you lick your lips*

So let’s get to the DIY!

These are the supplies you will need:

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract (you can use any kind you want)
  • A container to put your scrub in
  • Something to mix it in
  • Something to mix with
  • A tablespoon
  • A teaspoon

The recipe is:

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of olive oil

1 drop of your choice extract

1-2 drops of food coloring (optional)

When using food coloring choose your color wisely! Green or blue may temporarily stain your lips! I used yellow!

When your done mixing all of your ingredients together transfer your finished product into your container!

Now enjoy your brand new homemade lip scrub! I can tell you mine is amazing! Don’t forget to have fun!!

UD Naked 3

Created this lovely look using an eyeshadow palette that is near and dear to my heart, Urban Decay Naked 3! This palette is so gorgeous! I like to describe it as vintage/rustic colors which I am a sucker for!

This palette cost $54 if I recall correctly!

You can watch the tutorial for this eyeshadow look on my YouTube!

Spring 馃尫

The idea for this look was to kind of throw in a springy type look since spring is almost here. I Love this look, it makes my green eyes pop!

I used golds, burgundys, and forest greens. The gold really tied the whole look together. Eyeshadows by Urban Decay Naked 3, Morphe 35W, and Ulta.

I went with a simple pink Rosie lip by Lanc么me. Delicate Orchid by Lanc么me.

I also tried a new foundation I’ve never tried before: Maybelline New York Fit Me Matte & Poreless shade 220 natural beige. Applied with a foundation brush and beauty blender. I love how it gives a smooth finish. It’s been a few hours now and the foundation hasn’t gotten oily. I love it!

I contoured/ bronzed with Benefit Hoola. This product is a must for me I love it! It is one of my favorite things to use as contour besides my Anastasia palette!

I used the same Too Faced Love Flush Palette but this time in the shade Love Hangover. I love how these blushes apply, very smooth. This is the first blush palette I’ve ever bought and I do not regret a thing!

All products such as: mascara, highlight, concealer, and eyeliner are the same as the previous look.

  • Lanc么me Hypn么se Drama
  • Maybelline New York  Master Conceal
  • Benefit Girl Meets Pearl
  • The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer
